Serra Fina Homes is a full-service remodeling company based in Houston, Texas. It was founded by Al DeSouza, a finish carpenter at heart, as he began remodeling homes for rental and resale. He began with the idea that investment properties should be remodeled to the same standards that he expects from his ow home. An idea that there’s no substitute for building practices that are safe and stand the test of time. This commitment quickly garnered attention, leading to increased demand for his remodeling services, and attracting top tradespeople who share the same values.

With over 20 years of leadership experience at UPS, Al brings a unique combination of project management skills and craftsmanship to every job. Today, Serra Fina Homes collaborates with top-tier craftspeople to deliver outstanding home renovations, make-ready services, and repairs, ensuring each project exceeds expectations and fulfills the client’s vision. The company is dedicated to making the remodeling experience smooth and reducing stress by offering clear communication, honest timelines, and expert project management from start to finish.
